i had a coworker show try to show me some amazing feat of code writing that copilot autocomplete did for them in writing some new code and when we got on a call and actually looked at the code, they saw that it was all wrong in subtle ways before i did. i found that incredibly amusing, and luckily this coworker already knows about my biases against such technology so i didn't even have to say anything to enjoy the schadenfreude.
