as frustrated/exasperated as jen gets about how ineffective our current landlord is, i cannot help but find it amusing how bad he is at his role. if his ineffectiveness actually put us at risk then i might be more concerned but so far it hasn't and so i've found gently mocking his efforts to be entertaining.
